°®¶¹´«Ã½'s B-Healthy Journaling Initiative empowers students, faculty, and staff to turn inward, find their voice and nurture their mental well-being through the transformative power of journaling.

The journaling initiative inspires the campus community to pause, reflect and grow, creating a culture where self-awareness, resilience and hope thrive. Through guided prompts, creative workshops and shared experiences, participants discover that their own words can be a wellspring of strength, clarity and renewal during life's busy and challenging moments.
