Monday, August 25: Planning for Success
This is about more than just getting organized. We’ll walk through how to break down your week, map out your assignments, and actually use your calendar to stay ahead. You’ll leave with a weekly plan that makes sense for your schedule and your classes.
Monday, September 8: Productivity vs. Procrastination
We all put things off. But there’s a difference between needing a break and spinning in circles. This session will help you figure out what’s getting in your way and show you some practical ways to work with your brain instead of against it.
Monday, September 15: Notetaking Showdown
There’s more than one right way to take notes. We’ll try out a few popular methods, compare how they feel, and figure out which one actually helps you stay focused and understand the material. You don’t need to be a perfect notetaker, just an intentional one.
Monday, September 29: Study Like a Scholar
If your idea of studying is re-reading your notes, this one’s for you. We’ll look at how learning actually works and practice strategies that help things stick. Bring a class you want to improve in, and let’s build a smarter study plan together.
Monday, October 6: The Truth About Test Anxiety
Test anxiety is real, and it shows up in different ways. This session gives you a space to talk about it and tools to manage it. You’ll learn how to calm your mind, refocus your energy, and avoid last-minute spirals before your next exam.
Monday, October 13: Learning With AI
AI isn’t going anywhere, and it’s already changing how students learn. We’ll explore how to use tools like ChatGPT in a way that helps you think better, not shortcut your learning. You’ll test it out live and get clear on what’s helpful versus what’s not.
Monday, October 20: The Power of Memory
You’re probably remembering things the hard way. This workshop is built around memory games, recall challenges, and science-backed strategies that help you remember more in less time. Once you try them, you won’t want to go back.
Monday, October 27: Challenging Imposter Syndrome
If you’ve ever felt like you’re faking it or waiting to be “found out,” this session is for you. We’ll talk about where those feelings come from and what to do with them. You’ll leave with strategies to quiet the noise and show up with confidence.
